Radhika M Balagani, President and CEO

Radhika is a Clinical scientist by profession. She worked in the clinical industry since 1996 and drug discovery process spanning areas of regulatory affairs,clinical IVRS, safety & packaging  etc for the most part of her professional career. She has extensive experience in research and clinical development in both domestic and international markets.  Radhika's path to the world of management was not a direct one, it was a route in which  she dictated its course. Her focus, insight  and service strategies have made  her to  position herself in a role as the company's CEO and as  the co founder of  our unique company.

Vidyasagar Kasagani, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Architect.

As a Senior Technologist Vidyasagar possess a variety of skills in the IT industry with a specialization in project management of enterprise applications development and deployment . Having worked in various business domains which include financial, accounting, technology, quality assurance and pharmaceutical, he is one who always believe in getting the "what is needed" for the business & clients rather than just addressing there immediate concerns. He has authored over hundred technology papers and contributed to various business domains forums. He has been invited speaker at various forums, universities and colleges and with over 98 percent audiance ratings at his presentations.

Karthik K Ramamurthy Senior Vice President, Strategy.

Karthik Ramamurthy, MCA, MBA, CBM, PMP is Director, KeyResultz Ventures, and President of PMI's Chennai Chapter. He is a seasoned industry professional with over 20 years of experience, including over 18 years in Project Management. Karthik has successfully delivered complex IT solutions

Uday Babu, Vice President, Business Development

Uday joins  SolutionsMax after a very successful career at Tata Tele Services , AirTel Communication and L&T. Uday is a subject matter expert in Telecommunication deployments aswell  supply chain management. He has an excellent track record of customer satisfication and quality management. 

Dr Vanaja Balagani, Vice President, Human Resources

& joins  SolutionsMax after a very self fulfilling NGO career and being the champion in Socio-Economics front. She holds PhD in Socialogy and at her initial years studied the wellbeing of people for whom the light began to fade out from joining the mainstream life. She attempted to study people in their social environment according to certain underlying moral, philosophical, and political codes of behaviour. She is regarded a greatest asset for our employees.

Dr K. Janardhana Rao

General Manager (Retd.) , Vikram Sarabhai Space Center,ISRO. Involved with the Technology activities of all satellite launch vehicles programs at ISRO. Headed the Technology Group for the fabrication of Space/Avionics Components for the all the Satellite launch vehicles.  During his four-decade long association with the space agency (ISRO), he held various senior positions and holds several patents in high-relability space systems. He is regarded as subject matter expert in Inertial Control Guidance systems and Avionics & mission dynamics. He has also been honoured with a distingished achievement award in the launch of India's First Satellite "Aryabhata" for his Leadership & Technological excellence.

V Ramamurthy IAS (Retd)

V Ramamurthy IAS (Retd) is Founder Chairman, The Mace Foundation. Winner of the Rhodes Scholarship in 1959, took up service of the nation by joining the Indian Administrative Service. Held several key positions, including Special Commissioner & Commissioner Land Administration, Keenly interested in Education & Training in Schools, Colleges and Administrative training institutions like the Anna Institute of Management, Andhra Institute of Civil Servants Training. Advisor in recruiting and training executives for organizations like State Bank of India (SBI)

Prof Jagan Mohan B

An academician who was Emeritus Professor Andhra University from 2004 to 2005. Served as Rector, and Head of USIC department at Andhra University ( AU), Visakhapatnam, one of the reputed educational university.  He also served as the acting Vice Chancellor of the AU. An expert in the field of Linear & Digital, Electronics, Microprocessors, Biomedical, Industrial and process control instruments. He has initiated various academic programs of study that introduced the students to latest trends of technological advancements. Many students of who benefited from the new courses are employed in industry and Research Laboratories.

Currently he is the Director of the DIET ( Dadi Institute of Engineering and Technology) and manages the graduate engineering program.
